We choose only the highest quality whole organic soybeans, because they make our soymilk taste so smooth and creamy with just a hint of nuttiness and no beany taste. This review is from: Pacific Natural Foods Select Soy Non-Dairy Beverage, 32-Ounce Containers (Pack of 12)I was diagnosed in July of 2010 with breast cancer and had a nearly baseball sized tumor removed from my left breast on August 4, 2010. Of course, a vital part of my anti-cancer regimen included discontinuing drinking cow's milk which contains hormones fed the cows to increase their milk production. I drink some organic goat's milk which doesn't contain those harmful hormones, but I have found that another delicious alternative is this brand of soy milk. If you want something that tastes like milk, drink goat's milk, because no brand of soy milk I have ever tried tastes like milk. However, this organic vanilla soy milk sweetened only with evaporated cane juice is really delicious and very satisfying because of its high quality protein content with the complete amino acid profile. This variety also doesn't contain the oils sometimes added for a richer consistency which this soy milk doesn't need. It tastes just great without those oils. As far as the packaging and condition upon arrival are concerned, mine has always arrived in perfect condition. I have never personally had any problem with Amazon's packing and shipping for anything I have ever ordered from them....

The best way I can describe the taste is like an instant mix horchata (rice water). In my protein shakes it mixes wonderfully and adds a nice vanilla flavor. Totally worth it....

I do wish that amazon sold unsweetened regular soy milk for this price but alas...they do not. I am not in anyway disappointed with this product though and while I cannot use it as a dairy substitute when I am cooking, I love it in the morning or for making protein shakes. You will not regret buying this and you can take all year to drink them if you want....

"The French Don't Diet Plan" book really tells you how to eat on the Mediterranean Diet....

I thought this book was great; it's well organized, easy to follow and full of very helpful information. The recipes are delicious, quick and simple to make and the Ayhan salad dresssing line is outstanding! Plus, this diet plan (unlike so many others) is very healthy and something you can adapt to your every day lifestyle for the long term. I got interested in it because of all the press and research about people in Mediterranean cultures living longer and getting less diseases. It's not just hype and the whole concept makes a lot of sense. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight or improve their health....

This review is from: Casio CTK-3000 61 Key Digital KeyboardThis little Casio is touch sensitive. It has really been a nice keyboard for my piano instruction. The voices are not as good as you would hear on more sophisticated keyboards, but they are good enough. The keyboard has a metronome and learning system. It also will switch so that they player can put chord accompaniment to a tune. The one thing I like most about this keyboard is that it is so light you can take it upstairs, downstairs or just put it on your lap. For my instruction purposes, this is great! If I need to accompany a student, this is a great little instrument to put on my lap and play along with the student. One other thing, it hooks right up to your computer and you can use it as an economical midi. I've got an Imac and Garage Band works very well with this little keyboard....
